Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

At NURÉ, we place great importance on the quality, finish and presentation of every garment. We therefore expect returned items to be treated with the same level of care.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, NURÉ offers consumers an extended voluntary return period of up to 30 days from the date the order is received.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal — First 14 Days

If you are a consumer purchasing online from NURÉ within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw within this 14-day period.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the relevant items.

During the statutory withdrawal period, you may handle and inspect an item only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, size and fit, comparable to what would reasonably be permitted in a physical store.

A garment may therefore be carefully tried on for a short period, but it must not be worn or used beyond what is necessary to assess it.

If an item has been handled or used beyond what was necessary to assess it and this has resulted in a reduction in value, NURÉ may deduct an appropriate amount for this diminished value from the refund.

We ask that original labels, hangtags, packaging and any accompanying components are kept intact wherever reasonably possible. If their removal or damage goes beyond what was necessary to inspect the item and results in diminished value, this may be taken into account when determining the refund.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by our additional voluntary return policy.

Voluntary NURÉ Return Policy — Day 15 to Day 30

In addition to your statutory rights, NURÉ offers a voluntary extended return period of up to 30 days from the date you receive your order.

For return requests made after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, but within this extended return period, the following conditions apply.

The item must be returned in the same saleable condition in which it was delivered.

The garment:

  • may only have been briefly tried on to assess its size and fit;

  • must not have been worn or used;

  • must not have been washed, ironed, altered or damaged;

  • must be clean and undamaged;

  • must be free from odours, perfume, smoke, deodorant, make-up, stains, hair and other signs of use;

  • must have all original labels and hangtags attached, where these were attached when delivered;

  • must be returned with its original packaging and any accompanying components.

If a return submitted between day 15 and day 30 does not meet these conditions, NURÉ reserves the right to refuse the return under this voluntary extended return policy.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

info@houseofnure.com

You may also use the available return or withdrawal function on our website.

When requesting a return, please provide:

  • your name;

  • your order number;

  • the item or items you wish to return.

Once your return request has been registered, you will receive further return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Returns must be sent to:

[INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

Please do not send a return to another address unless instructed to do so by NURÉ.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

NURÉ cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit when the return is not sent using a shipping method provided or arranged by NURÉ.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item and the issue is attributable to NURÉ, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

NURÉ distinguishes between trying on and wearing a garment.

Briefly and carefully trying on an item indoors to assess its size, fit and appearance is considered reasonable inspection.

Wearing an item for an extended period, wearing it outdoors or otherwise using it beyond what is necessary to assess the product is not considered trying it on.

Within the statutory withdrawal period, if an item has been handled beyond what was necessary and this results in a reduction in its value, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund.

For returns made under our voluntary extended return policy between day 15 and day 30, we only accept items that fully comply with the return conditions described above.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after receiving it.

If you have received an incorrect item, or if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at:

info@houseofnure.com

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs showing the item and the issue.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

This procedure does not affect your statutory rights regarding products that do not conform to the purchase agreement.

Items Excluded From Return

In certain circumstances permitted by law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply.

This may include:

  • items made specifically according to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you;

  • sealed items which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Where an exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a particular NURÉ product, this will be clearly communicated before purchase on the relevant product page.

Exchanges

NURÉ does not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or variation, please return the original item in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy and place a new order for the desired item.

This allows us to process new orders and returns separately and efficiently.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the condition of the returned item or items.

If the return meets the applicable conditions, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, we will issue any amounts due within the legally applicable timeframe.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If you return your entire order under the statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered by NURÉ, the additional cost of that upgraded delivery method will not be refunded.

If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Depending on your bank, credit card provider or payment service provider, it may take additional time after the refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account.

Returns After the Statutory Withdrawal Period

Returns requested between day 15 and day 30 fall under NURÉ’s voluntary extended return policy and not under the statutory right of withdrawal.

These returns are subject to the conditions described under “Voluntary NURÉ Return Policy — Day 15 to Day 30.”

This extended return policy does not limit or affect any statutory consumer rights.
